Exchange Policy

At Elixor Watches, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer an easy 7-day exchange policy for your convenience.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, in original condition, and with complete packaging.
  • Exchange is only applicable for damaged, defective, or wrong items received.
  • Customers must share parcel opening video/photos as proof for any claim.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, water, scratches, or wear are not eligible for exchange.
  • Delivery charges for exchange will be paid by the customer.
  • Customized or sale items are not eligible for exchange.
  • Exchange process starts after product inspection by our team.
  • We do not offer cash refunds. Only product exchange is available.
